The 2019 OFT Leadership Training is open to all members to learn how to engage more deeply in your union. Sessions will help members develop and expand skills to make your union more effective. Much of the conference will be focused on strategic planning in preparation for the upcoming state budget and other issues that impact our members, so locals should bring a team, if possible. The team should include members who are responsible for your locals's membership data, legislative work, professional issues work and communications.Register as many members as you like.
Since OFT's Executive Council will meet during the conference to conduct some business, Executive Council members should plan to attend. Executive Council business will be conducted during the 10 a.m. Feb. 23 startegic planning session, but please join us for the entire conference.
