As Ohio's New Learning Standards and tests are implemented, OFT will identify professional learning and supports that could be helpful to members.
The Educator Leader Cadre has already vetted resources to assist educators. The Educator Leader Cadre is a voluntary team of teachers, curriculum directors, principals, superintendents, college professors, parents, educational support staff and unions partnering with the Ohio Department of Education to support the implementation of the new standards and the development of the Next Generation of Assessments to support the standards.
