College guidebook targets underserved students
The Center for Student Opportunity, a national nonprofit group that helps first-generation, low-income, and minority students bound for college, has released a "College Access & Opportunity Guide." The publication highlights more than 225 colleges and universities with programs for college access and retention aimed at historically underserved college-bound students.

High school students across the state are learning how to weigh in on public policy and politics through the Ohio Youth Agenda. The project brings students together to share their life experiences, learn more about how public policy affects their lives and advocate for the Youth Agenda they formulate.

The National First Ladies Library and Museum. Ever hear of it? Probably not. It is a very well kept secret that can be found in Canton, Ohio. Originally started by Mary Regula, this little gem is worth the trip. For those of you who would like a good resource on the First Ladies America, the website provides a wealth of knowledge.
